over the last week or so since hurricane sandy incentive affected parts of cleveland as well, i went to a church this morning. hed they told us the pastor th talked about the damage done. i tell you what. one of the things from the day before the storm hit, the president i would get on the line with a conference call with all the governors in the affected states, from my state of delaware, and with the mayors as well. with all of our team, the secretary of defense. the femal director, and the entire team. my mom used to say out of everything bad something good will happen. what i took away from this last week was the incredible amount of cooperation just between democrats and republicans. my governor is a democrat. he is on the line and he is talking to governor chris christie. he is saying we got hit in delaware. you got hit worse than we did. we will send you some of our cherry pickers to put up the electricity. that was the nature of the conversation. i was proud. i was elected without is a 29 year old kid. that is how it used to be. we used to always work together. that is the wa
